This was my first time in Kiev and I was looking for a small apartment to avoid the extortionate hotel charges in the city. KIevinn is certainly the answer. It is 5 minutes walk from the main Independence Square. Prior to arrival I arranged a pick up from the airport which was still waiting even though the flight was over an hour late.
The building as 24x7 reception so you feel safe and the apartment itself was very clean and modern including a jaquzzi bath. Both the night time and day time sta. alle vurderinger
Like most reviews, great location for access to the city, there are also
many hotel choices in the immediate vicinity, so I know I have many
choices on my next visit, although I will probably stay in this hotel
again, I had a 7 day stay in a suite with sauna,i never used the sauna,
so will not go for such a room again, as the city is very active with
many things to do, plenty of great restaurants in the area to, try the
black pig at the top on the street, great food.
Listen, this is a GREAT hotel option in the very center of Kiev for the money - hands down. This is a no-frills hotel with a reception smaller than most coat closets... BUT the price, location, friendliness of the staff, comfort, cleanliness and strong internet makes this hotel my obvious go-to pick when in town for a quick business trip (when I don't need to impress anyone!) :)

The Kiev in has a feeling of home. Wifi was super fast with no problems.
Lots of room and very comfortable. The staff made sure we understood all
the functions of temperature control (nice a/c!) and tv. The amount
of restaurants just outside the door made us forget that there was no
restaurant at Kiev Inn. There is no need for it. Great place! Great
staff! Will stay here everytime when in Kiev.
the room was really spacious, there was a jakuzzi and a huge bathroom there. It is located so close to Maidan Nezalezhnosty that you can walk to this historic venue any time. Such space and comfort was for so little money. And they have an arrangement with taxi drivers so you may be taken to Boryspil airport for 250 hryvnas (25 EUR) which is really litlle for such a distance of 40 km.
We enjoyed having a clean room, jacuzzi tub, washing machine, and dvd player. Additionally, it was very convenient having a staff that spoke English. If I were staying for an extended period of time, the room had a fully functional kitchen. The staff was very nice. I felt very safe with the security doors and easy to use in room safe. Above all, the location was awesome!.
This was my second stay at KievInn and work in progress last time like improved security has been completed. Having 24x7 Reception for help and security makes you feel very safe. All staff are helpful and I was contacted before visiting to check whether needed airport pick up services. Every apartment I have stayed in has had a jacuzzi!.
Excellent location just steps from the main square, metro, grocery
stores, and major sites. Big room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a
nice two-person jacuzzi tub and separate powerful shower, walk-in
closet, helpful staff. Again, the location couldn't be beat. And it
was really inexpensive (£60/night in January). Stay here!.
The Luxury suite with Jacuzzi & sauna was very nice,The maid service was awsome never seen them but when returning to room it was all clean,Very nice job by cleanning serice,Was great location,quiet,staff was very very pleasant.the owner was very nice man..Would definately stay again...Very Nice!!!.

Excellent location, close to everything you wish to explore. We booked 1 bedroom appartment which was really large with huge flat screen TV set and aircon. All equipment including washing mashine and full size fridge is there in the appartment so it would be convenient for a long stay.
A good size room with large bed and excellent bathroom. Location handy for shopping and sight seeing. The staff friendly and helpfull not that we had any problems in the 5 nights we stayed. First visit to Kiev and the Kiev-inn but will be back had a really enjoyable stay.

The location Is perfect, 2 minutes From maydan metro, the room was fantastic, Red cortunes and furniture, Sauna and jacuzzi, Big balcouny, Big living room and bathroom. VAlue for money BEST!!.

The staff is so polite . The hotel is near the churches and the places that you should visit.
Super location, tastefully furnished apartment on par with much more
expensive hotels, excellent price-value-ratio. No meals but fully
equipped kitchen and cafes and restaurants nearby.
I liked everything, people were nice, receptionists could speak English quite well and they were polite. The room was very nice, with also sauna and jacuzzi, and for a not high price.
I have stayed several times, the location is perfect, most apartments are really nice, some have jazuzzis and saunas, kitchennettes, etc, There is nood connection to the internet.
Room was newly furnished and fresh. Staff was GREAT. English was from passable to near fluent. I never wanted for anything and their guidance was always right on the money.

The only slight downside was noise outside being so much in the centre but I did not really notice it that much.
Again like most reviews, very noisy, with building works opposite hotel,
they did offer me a room at the back of the build which could have been
quieter, but I declined.
everything was perfect - well may be tyhe concierge was solving his personal issues to loudly in the phone but this was not so damaging to my psycho ).
If I were to stay for an extended period I would like to have more telivision channels and a full size refrigerator. I personally am not a fan of hardwood floors and would prefer additional pillows on the beds.
This second visit I was on the fourth floor, and there were times when a lift would have been nice. My only other comment would be that kitchen pans and utensils are limited to other places I hjave stayed!.

With all of the confusion in the independence square area, ant motor traffic in or out was difficult. Taxi from airport gave up and I had to walk the last couple thousand meters.

A bed was a bit shaky for a romantic trip. Poor neighbors.
The night consierge tried to charge 20 hryvna for wifi pass, although it
was free and was written on the leaflet in the room. When I checked-out,
it took me 20 minutes longer to pack my things, so starting strictly
from 12 pm every 5 minutes the chamber maid knocked on my door and in a
very impolite way asked me to leave the room. In between she stood
behind the door and sighed. So the hotel itself is good, but the staff
leaves much to be desired.
