We traveled to Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa and this was the best accommodations that we had the entire trip. The cost was reasonable and compared to the other places, a very good value.   This is truly a 5 star Hotel! The staff was great, most of the staff spoke English and all were very helpful and friendly. The concierge was great! I had left home without my suit and the concierge was able to track down a rental and he even took me shopping for shirt and tie. He also gave me directions to many places to visit while in the city.
