The 4-star Birley Arms pub and hotel is set in the charming village of Warton, between Lytham St Annes and Preston. Friendly staff, excellent service, nice atmosphere. Very well kept and thought through also very disabled friendly with ramps everywhere. Comfortable room and very clean and tidy. Loved it and will probably go back to use it as a base for exploring when business is not pressing. The location was ideal for the break that we were on. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent and locally sourced. A very good break from the normal everyday life.

Bathroom/Room was clean and couldn't fault it. your staff were so helpful, showing us to our room etc, your beds are so comfortable, my mum booked this stay for us, we will be back, if not my mother will!!!. Very helpful staff - gentleman carried my suitcase to my room for me on arrival. Breakfast service was excellent. Service was excellent, we ate in the hotel and the food was delicious and well priced. Hotel was excellent value for money, clean, comfortable, all needs required for. The food is good the staff are friendly and the hotel in general is excellent. Nice rooms, Friendly staff, Very nice bar and restaraunt Nice breakfast. the room was really good loads of space and very clean. the room was clean and big the food average. Very clean excellent food ,friendly staff. Very friendly staff and comfortable room. the location and the peace and quiet. relaxing friendly hotel. Great staff. food. the lovely lady who help us with our room she was hard working and nothing was to much trouble. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Room clean and quiet. There was honestly nothing negative that I was aware of. During our short stay I cannot readily identify any area that I did not like. nothing. nothing. Had a few issuies with our booking. the breakfast you had cheap sausages you could only have one sort of egg. also in the room in the bathroom the shower was only powerful on cold water and when u turned it to hot it more or less dripped out. shower was not very powerful. Shower was a bit dodgy ,partner struggled with the controls. Not really a dislike just that we couldn't get a snack. Sandwich turned out to be a meal in our eyes. nothing. Poor food. the cost thought is a little expensive and the breakfast was moor like a cheap cafe not a country breakfast . Very early breakfast due to kitchen problem-just bad luck!.
