With far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside, the dining rooms have a picturesque setting overlooking Pitlochry. Guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast served daily, which is pre-selected the night before and it includes local specialities, such as grilled Dunkeld smoked salmon. Ingredients are locally sourced and selected from local farms where possible. Featuring Victorian architecture, Pitlochry is a small town 40 minutes’ drive away from Perth. Guests can enjoy a range of restaurants and cafés along Atholl Road. Pitlochry Rail Station is less than a mile away, and the nearest golf course is only 1 mile from the property.

Even better than expected and would certainly return. From the moemant we arrived James was very welcoming showing us around the facilities and to our room. The house is immaculate, very comfortable and stylish. Our room was perfect for our two night stay, very comfortable and it was great to relax with a DVD and bottle of wine. Breakfast was a highlight and very tasty. Location perfect as a short walk to Pitlochry town centre and great for also taking a countryside/hill walk for the day passin.
alle vurderinger » This Guesthouse was fantastic. Lovely guy who runs the place couldn't do enough for everyone. Great to talk to if you need advice about what to see and do nearby! Very comfy bed, lovely hot shower and tea and coffee making facilities- exactly what we needed. Very spacious place with lots of different public areas meant we could wander about and not feel like we were creeping around someones house! 'Honesty bar' was a treat as we could help ourselves to drink when we got back and chill out in ou. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. We found it very welcoming.. It was a lovely room, clean, and comfortable, with an excellent view and facilities. The breakfast was very good. We should like to return sometime in the future. Relaxed atmosphere in which we were made to feel as if nothing was too much trouble. Excellent room with everything required to make a great break. Breakfast choice and quality are exceptional. Will stay again. It had the boutique hotel feeling to it. Our room was first class & the owners had the right balance of friendliness and respecting our privacy . Cleanliness was exceptional .
