On my long journey from Nottingham to the Two Beaches I received a reassuring text from Alex & Maria informing my room was ready for my arrival which I found comforting. On arrival I was shown the facilities and taken to my room by Alex of which I have to say exceeded my expectations with a pleasant room with a sea view . The room was immaculately clean and the bed comfortable with tea coffee facilities. Latter on I ventured down to the lounge bar to do some work on the free wifi on my lapt. alle vurderinger »
A very friendly welcome on our arrival,Everything explained. Owners very attentive but not intrusive. Bedroom and furnishings immaculate and the view from our room (8) across the bay very impressive. Binoculars in the room a nice touch. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and the choice had to be seen to be believed. Given the lack of parking generally in the Torbay area the car park was much appreciated. No noise heard at all at nigt even with windows open.
Will certainly be visiting again 4 st.
Alex and Maria were very friendly and welcoming nothing was to much trouble,food was excellent,rooms were very clean and comfortable,and had tea and coffee making facility's,bath and shower,tv,there is car parking at the front and rear of the hotel,a garden with patio area ideal for relaxing in with a drink,the hotel is in a good location for exploring devon,would highly recommend.
We received a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel was very homely and had a lovely atmosphere. We stayed in the superior double room. The room was fantastic. The furniture and decor was of a high quality and the view across the bay of Paignton was stunning. The breakfast was of a very high quality and very well cooked. Would definitely recommend and plan to re-visit next year.
Excellent family room with small adjoining room for our 3 year old son which was beautifully decorated in a seaside theme. Breakfast 10 out of 10. Lovely biscuits and chocolates in the room. Hotel also offered a lovely communal garden, and a licenced bar. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitly recommend to others and stay again should the opportunity arise.
Really welcoming establishment run by very friendly couple. Rooms very comfortable and clean . Nothing left to chance and everything works. Breakfast was really superb and cooked by experienced chef. The fruit salad bowl was prepared by hand and delicious. All hot food prepared fresh and all ingredients locally sourced. This place is pretty special.
The staff were lovely and friendly and cooked the most delicious full English breakfast in the morning. Incredible value for money as the room was also perfect - clean, en suite shower room, with a comfy bed. Would highly recommend for a stay to anyone visiting Paignton!.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They couldn't have done more to assist me in the couple of days I stayed with them. The breakfast was yummy, and the bed was comfy out.....all in all I'll be happy to return to Two Beaches the next time I'm in Paignton.
For £40 a night the room was good , bed and bedding luxurious for a
hotel , great nights sleep . attentive and pleasant hosts who were not
intrusive but helpful in helping me plan my day out to dartmouth by
steam train! Greast breakfast .
Our room was large and very bright. The atmosphere at Two Beaches was relaxed and friendly. It was also close to all the amenities in Paignton as well as being a great place to explore other areas. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
maria and alex are excellent hosts nothing was to much trouble, my wife was unable to climb the stairs so they moved us into a down stairs room, the hospitallity was first class and so was the food, will definitly visit again.

Paignton seemed ill prepared for the start of the holiday season and the bins at the beach were overflowing by the end of the day.
a little bit away from the town centre, up a small hill.
Could be a little to far from town centre if you are bad at walking.Rather a long gradient from the sea front. We managed fine and found it no problem, we would certainly use this B&B again with no hesitation.
