Ash Barn, a 13-minute drive from the market town Newton Abbot, has been luxuriously converted into high-quality bed and breakfast accommodation. The barn has a large front lawn and courtyard terrace, and enjoys a picturesque location surrounded by trees and fields.
The spacious bedroom has an en suite shower, a 5-foot double bed and a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels. It is decorated with Laura Ashley soft furnishings, with complementary toiletries supplied.
A large lounge has comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove and excellent views of the countryside. The barn has oak floors, underfloor heating and large windows, and includes an impressive kitchen and dining area.
The owner is a trained chef, and cooks an excellent English or continental breakfast, which can be enjoyed on the terrace during fine weather. For an additional charge, evening meals can also be prepared for you.

The owner was very friendly and helpful with advice on where to eat. The accommodation is of a very high spec, beautiful bedroom and bathroom and lovely, lovely breakfast with homemade bread.
Location is very peaceful and wonderful views over countryside.
