How friendly the staff were and how much of a beautiful place it was. Very comfortable and nothing was too much hassle. I like the fact that they made us feel very welcoming in a very friendly atmosphere. friendly and welcoming, wanted to make me feel like a guest, not just a customer. The setting of this hotel, in the grounds of a large private home, is very nice, peaceful and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.alle vurderinger »
The room was very clean, and comfortable. The accomodation is in a lovely quiet location. I particularly apreciated the bed linen and towels have been laundered using fabric softener and smelt lovely and fresh, So often where bedding is washed by contract cleaners it is rough and clinical smelling. I also apreciated an excellent range of hot and cold drinks in the room. Very attentive staff.Due to the age and nature of the building, there is little sound insulation. We were disturbed by noise from the kitchen and dining room in the morning and by people moving around in the corridors, though this is only a minor inconvenience given the quality of the other prestations.
