Built into the hillside above the village of Lynton, the Sinai House is set in a 1850s house featuring a fully licensed bar. Situated within the Exmoor National Park, it also offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. With stunning sea views, the rooms include a flat-screen Freeview TV, an alarm clock radio, and tea and coffee making facilities with bottled water and treats. Toiletries and hairdryers are supplied. In the mornings, breakfast is served in the dining room. The menu includes traditional full English breakfast and smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. At the bar, guests will enjoy a selection of beers, a large stock of wines and vintage wines. From the lounge's balcony, they can enjoy the surrounding views. The Sinai House is set within half an acre of sloping gardens. With an electric car charging point, it is just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Lynton. The village is home to various tearooms, cafes, and pubs. The famous Cliff Railway offers trips down to Lynmouth and the beach. The South West Coast Path is just a 5-minute stroll.

We had such a warm welcome and made to feel at home straight away. The comfortable lounge area and lovely breakfast rooms where very welcome and the honesty bar an added bonus. Breakfast was wonderful. We stayed 3 nights and there was a brilliant breakfast menu on offer. I especially enjoyed the kippers and poached eggs. The rooms were modern and clean. alle vurderinger » Loved Debbie and Nigel, the ultimate helpful, friendly hosts, the stunning view from the hotel across the pretty town, over hills, down to the sea, the magnificent country walks to Watersmeet and other local beauty spots, spotting a diverse selection of wildlife on the way, great local cuisine at The Cottage, a picturesque pub located on the river, and a short walk from Sinai House. Lovely hosts, lovely town, lovely atmosphere, lovely vibe - nothing to dislike. Excellent location in the interesting town of Lynton. Being up the hillside provides great views of Wales across the Bristol Channel. Our room was very comfortable and the owners couldn't have have been friendlier or more helpful. Breakfast was a notch above the other places we've stayed during our 3 week tour of England. The hotelier Debbie is one of the nicest if not the nicest person we have ever encountered in our vast experience of holiday accommodation etc. It was an absolute pleasure to be in a lovely guest house with someone who cared very passionately about the enjoyment of our stay. What a special experience!. Debbie and Nigel were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and she was very knowledgable about the local eateries and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and well presented. We have never stayed in any B&B or hotel that was as clean as this one - we will definitely stay again. Super hosts. Felt at home straight way. Possibly the only thing was the driveway into the car parking area ... but it certainly made life interesting and a challenge - and would not stop us returning. Wifi wasn't avaiable in our room but worked perfectly in the comfy sitting room. We understand the plan to install boosters to correct this. Absolutely nothing!!!. Access is slightly restricting due to the narrow lanes and parking was difficult as we had a large car - if/when we visit again we would ask to reserve one of the higher parking spaces rather than driving down the drive which was difficult to reverse out of or turn round in but this would not stop us from going again. Only there for one night :-(. Separate (although still private) toilet across the corridor was a minor inconvenience. Nothing. Nothing to dislike, really. parking quite small room. Nil. parking. nothing.
