Guided walking tours and bus tours can be taken from the city centre, which also features the Workhouse Museum and The Waterside Theatre. The ancient city walls can be seen from most parts of the city and reach 35 feet. The Millenium Forum and Tower Museum are both within a 5-minute walk.

Our host John was an incredible person. After leaving Derry, I realized I had left my Ipad in a car that we rented the day before. The rent-a-car was closed for the weekend so we couldn't reach anyone for help. We called John that night to ask for advice and he did not blink to propose that he would get the Ipad first thing Monday morning from the rent-a-car and ship it us --and he did what he said!

Perfect location for access to Derry city centre, shopping centre, pubs,
restaurants and attractions. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious living
area. Cosy bed with effective heating and good bedlinen etc. a proper
home-from-home. Sofa-bed was good-sized and comfy enough for our friend
to stay (supplement paid).
They were compact city centre apartments - I could see the city wall from the windows about 50m away. They were well finished and decorated. there was plenty of public parking nearby. A hop to the walls and very close to all the museums and the peace bridge over to the Turner Prize exhibition.
its a nice and very clean small flat.With separated bedroom(very small,and not tall at all,but we have like 165 cm,for someone taller....)Enought good white. Very central, can u find what u need, restaurant, supermarket, hair salon, money shop, mall(central shopping centre).
Great location and apartment. Did not meet any staff but very helpful and picking up keys from next door was fine. Many stairs with case was not ideal, I should have taken up the offer from the guy next door to carry it for me, and I should have taken less!.
This was a very relaxed and comfortable stay. The welcome was brilliant and we were made to feel at home by Francis. I have recommended it to all my friends and would have no hesitation in staying in the Walled city Appartments in future. Thank you.
It is very comfortable, clean and great if you want a self-catering
options. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants available if you
prefer to eat out. I'd definitely recommend the apartment complex,
and its location is terrific.

City Wall and shopping centres: literally on the door step.
Brilliant location right in city centre, good standard of accommodation for a couple. No staff on site but clear arrangements had been made to secure keys etc, all required information easily available.
Location was perfect, very central. Contact was very helpful and man in the sweet shop below very friendly and helpful. Found City very friendly and had a lovely meal and lively night out.
My sister and I and our Mum and Dad had a lovely weekend in Derry. Francis was very helpful before hand, the apartment was spotless and just across the road from the city walls.
Location is fantastic, less than one minute walk to shopping centre, apartment modern and clean, we enjoyed our stay there, would recommend.
Distance to city centre. It's 100 yards from the Diamond (which is the de facto city centre).

Are 3 flats in the building,and i asked about another one biger cuz was empty, but the answer was that are not free...You dont have a washing mashine in the flat ,its one outside but u must to pay for used.I paid for 8 nights and after 4 night the heating , lights and warm water stop late in the evening.

The is no tourist information ready to hand on the premises, so you have
to rely on the local Tourist Office to find out about tours. Derry-
Londonderry is clearly still developing its tourism infrastructure and
the staff at the tourist office probably need a bit more training to
help them along. However, they are very friendly, keen to assist and
full of enthusiasm.
There was nothing that I did not like. It is just what I was looking for. No car necessary.
Some niggles on fittings - bathroom door handle fell off, but left a note and sure it will be put right.
Dad had to park a bit further away from the flat, for free parking, but as we were right in the centre of Derry and didnt need the car, this wasn't a problem for us.
There is nothing to criticise. If you wanted to be really picky then you could say that the bathroom was rather small but it was perfectly functional.
Noisy fan outside! But everything else brillant very clean and cozy.
Pay per hour laundry. Only one unit for three apartments. Probably to conserve energy, but a bit annoying.
Floor boards were a bit creaky. Glad I wasn't on my honeymoon.
No linen for sofa bed so while paid for 2 beds effectively only got one. Also the owner said he would call me back to arrange recompense and he didn't.
