Staff are welcoming, rooms were very clean and tidy and the location was excellent. All staff very helpful. Being close to the middle of London and tube. friendly, helpful staff. Close location to Earls Court and the Metro. Closeness to Earls Court as we were visiting Wimbledon Tennis Tournament.The facilities available in my room was more than expected.

The wireless internet. the staff were friendly.Friendly Staff. attractive points - friendly and helpful staff. less attractive points- the cleaning trolly was parked outside by room for the period i stayed, curtains did not meet seamless to keep light, the shower holder was broken, no electrical port to plug laptop. Locality and price. Close to centre. Easy to access. Low price, no frills accomodation. The breakfast. Centrally located, easy access around London. Good selection of bars and restaurants in immediate area. Little. Fire alarm went off at 6am and when we rang reception about it they were rude and said that someone had burnt their toast. no duvet covers in room, sheets and blankets only which was rather cold at night. Our room was a Non smoking but on entering it, there was definately a smell of cigarette smoke. The window lock did not work. One socket was hanging off the wall. Decor shabby. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there. The windows were not double glazed and as it was a particulaly windy day, the thumping on the window was slightly disruptive. Noise filtered through the rooms easily.The hotel was quite noisey during the night. The bedroom was extremely pokey. No a/c, hair dryer not working. Rooms could do with an upgrade. The room wass extremely cold. The heating was faulty. Once advised staff did replace with extra blankets and portable heater.The cleaning lady knocked my door to say that I need to check out at 10am although the reception notify me that I can check out at 12am. I am kinda disappoint because I am still sleeping. I've never seen any hotels doing something like this before!. There was no room service after cleaning the room in the morning. Andthe room size was very small.the room was shabby and we were woken at 5am by what sounded like people stomping about in the room above. the walls were very thin and i had to keep the aircon on all night to cover the noise from other rooms. It was looking tired.please see above. Kettle not working. Cold water from shower.No elevator. Very, very, very small rooms. Problems with heating. The ensuite in our room smelt damp and there was alot of mildew around the bath area.Shower didn't work, Bathroom door fell off, Damp and musty smell in coridoor, Broken phoneline in room! Otherwise ok!. The damp smell, the damp stains on the ceiling, the fact the heating would not work, the lack of space. The staff were nice but reception very slow and disorganised. Rooms very shabby and too small. Had to be moved from first room as there was loud banging from air conditioning waking us up through night. Pillows flat as pancakes, had to ask three times for extra pillows. There was no heating and no hot water which made my stay very uncomfortable. I was given a discount, but it didn't make up for my discomfort.We had great difficulty in opening the doors to the rooms and we learned that we were not alone in this. Twice i had to get someone from reception to open the room. Holes in the curtains, no hot water in the morning, the kettle wouldnt work and also the bar seemed to be cloesd. Also, the breakfast was not included and the food extremely poor. Never realised so much could be go wrong in a hotel. Shabby decoration, loose light fittings, dirty room, no hot water for duration of stay. No reasonable appology give when complaint made. Seems other rooms had hot water and when I questioned this was told 'that can't be true!!!' Perhaps better service is kept for the Americans?.

Travelling information

By Car
- We are located on West Cromwell Road, an extension of the A4 - the main arterial route into central London from the West.

By Tube
Earls Court station is on the District and Piccadilly lines. Exit at Earls Court Road. At street level, turn left and walk to the large crossroads. At that point, look to your left and on the other side of the road (approximately 100 metres), you will see our hotel.
