Please note that: Guests are requested to carry along with their photo ID proof the card used to make the booking for verification. In case the card belongs to a third party then a photocopy of the card and a photo ID proof of the card holder will need to be shown at the time of check-in instead of the actual card. In the absence of this the property may refuse check in. For check-in between 20:00 and 22:00 there will an additional charge of GBP 25. For check-in between 22:00 and 00:00 there will be an additional charge of GBP 50. Check-in after 00:00 is not permitted. If you miss check-in then the next check in time is 10:00 on the following day. Please inform the property of your arrival time at least 72 hours before arrival. If you do not arrive within 2 hours of your given arrival time, a GBP 15 surcharge will apply. Lost key charges: GBP 25. If guests lose their keys and request for an additional set after 6pm an additional £50-£80 will be charged. Post midnight we will unable to replace keys and if the guests can’t enter the premises we will not be liable for any additional costs borne by the guests for alternative accommodation. Please inform Bermondsey Holiday Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
