Please note that The Marsella Suites has no reception. You will be sent an email with the information required for collecting the keys, as well as the exact address and directions to the apartment. You will collect the keys from a safety deposit box, which will require a code; this will be given at the apartment’s main entrance. Prior to your arrival and during the hours of 14:00 – 21:00 a member of staff will contact you to arrange a time to meet and show you around the apartment. Outside of these hours a member of staff will be on call for assistance and there is also a welcome pack with relevant information. The extra bed option that is available is a double sofa bed and can accommodate 2 additional guests
