Everything! The place was stunning and impressive. Everything was so clean, new and luxurious. The Decoration was outstanding and gave a great welcoming impression. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with all advice needed including maps, transport and food. The bedroom, bathroom and other facilities are perfect. The warm welcome, the location, the luxurious room, the complimentary whiskey,wine and water as well as the usual tea/coffee. The large room and bathroom with spa bath and shower. Brilliant breakfast. Although a busy family home you are not disturbed at all and allowed to come and go as you please. The overall experience was wonderful. The host went out of her way to provide information about getting around Edinburgh incl. bus times and taxi companies /fares etc even having a direct line to a .
Wonderful completely private huge loft space room with a huge luxury bathroom. Wonderful roof top views to the Pentland hills. Very comfortable bed. Very helpful owners. The most deliscous extensive breakfast with freshly squeezed juice. A bit pricy but for a special event worth every penny. Easy parking just at the door. Very quiet leafy neighbourhood. A bit of a sanctuary really.
Great if you want a luxurious B&B in a stunning large house away located in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood. Our kind hosts were very accommodating of a late arrival and early departure. An excellent breakfast - the fresh fruit was much appreciated.
We could not fault any thing with claremont house it was simply the best and if we are ever going to Edinburgh again we will be stopping there. We would like to thank Gill for being so kind and helpful making are stay so memorable.

Couldn't figure out how to close the roof window blinds. Had trouble
getting the Jacuzzi to work.
