Very friendly hosts who upon learning it was our son's birthday, showed up with a birthday balloon! You cannot beat the location for exploring Loch Ness. The property was charming, very clean and very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice people, room was very clean and big enough. Very close to couple of restaurants, Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle and Inverness as well as nature sights.
Staff was very friendly. The place was very cosy. You could make it as warm as you wanted.

a microwave oven for warming up store bought food would have given the facilities an excellent rating (I came during the off season and most of the restaurants were closed). Nevertheless, I strongly recommend Elmbank, and would stay there again.
