The room and its facilities were all excellent.
The way they dealt with food 'issues' was excellent, most of the staff (possibly not quite all) seem to genuinely care that guests have a good experience.

all the staff seemed genuinely friendly and made you feel they had time to talk to you. the room was very spacious and well equipped. food was excellent and good value.
The check in was quick and easy and staff were very helpful. The room was excellent and comfortable with a great power shower. The inclusive breakfast was adequate.

Some problems with the food preparation, but their response to complaint was exemplary.
nothing springs to mind that we did not like or enjoy in the time spent in this inn.
the pillows were too small for the bed and on the hard side.
There was use of a iron & iron board ! but would suggest updating these to newer ones.

Would have liked a better lounge area for residents as we had some guests joining us for lunch - great whist we ate but could have done with a nicer room/area for coffee and chat!!!!.
