The owner was very friendly and gave us a genuine welcome. On both mornings we were served lovely hot breakfasts. In addition we all appreciated all the toiletries which were provided. The owner alliso explained to us shortest walk into town and gave us number of taxi firm to use. The taxi company was very fair and reasonable.
Lovely and helpfull staff, clean and warm rooms, didn't miss anything in my room in the attic. Free Wi-Fi in rooms, warm and powerfull shower and a nice and rich breakfast. I think it's hard to find a better place to stay for this amount of money.alle vurderinger »
Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful hosts. Beautifully decorated. I've stayed in 5* hotels that couldn't match No. 1. Would have liked to book a night for our return journey but they were full.
comfortable room which retained original features (victorian) but also had large modern shower room ensuite-- as a single traveller I was given a double room at no extra cost.A large well cooked breakfast was much enjoyed.

The hosts were very friendly and the room tastefully decorated and comfortable. I particularly liked the way there were multiple choices for breakfast. The smoked salmon and scrambled eggs were delicious!.
It is like coming home to very nice old friends or family members. Always friendly and polite and very helpfull. I will come back for sure. Beside that, they have the best english breakfast I ate so far.

My husband and I had no complaints. Our friends who were in the other room and enjoyed their cups of tea said that they ran out of tea on thr second night.
Doors were rather thin, could hear my neighbor's moves, but didn't disturb me sleeping.
The main road was very close by and the twin room at the front was looking out to two roads but if you are good sleeper it would not be a problem.The lovely double room at the back was very quiet.
