The rooms offer super king-sized beds with mattress toppers and Egyptian cotton bed linen, a working desk with desk lamp, free WiFi, 42-inch flat-screen TV, a selection of Teapig teas and ground coffee, homemade cookies, bottled filtered water, thermostatic control heating, curtains, soft headboards, a high ceiling with Spanish lantern, full-length fitted wardrobes with hangers and a professional hairdryer.
The bathrooms offer powerful shower and bath, towels, underfloor heating, heated towel rail and organic bathroom toiletries.
On Saturday and Sunday mornings, guests can enjoy full English breakfast in the bright dining room. Dishes are freshly cooked to order and feature meat from local butchers, eggs from the chickens next door, and organic chestnut mushrooms. A selection of cereals, croissants and homemade plum jam and honey are also on offer. During the week, continental breakfast is provided.

The room was very clean and luxurious, very comfy. Sam very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful garden.. Wide variety of breakfast. Especially loved the home made blackcurrant jam :) Overall really enjoyed my stay and will visit again if I visit Kettering again.. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Wonderful host, lovely rooms, all very clean and modern. Fresh homemade chocolate biscuits in the room was a nice touch. There was plenty of choice at breakfast with homemade bread. The free Wi-Fi was appreciated. Altogether a hard to beat experience.alle vurderinger »

We enjoyed all parts of our stay, the accommodation was first class and our host was welcoming and looked after our every need. Lovely breakfast with home baked bread and cookies fresh each day.
An all round excellent place to stay.
The welcome, the facilities, a nice big room, comfortable bed,, access to the garden, own separate entrance, great breakfast, good coffee in the room and fresh homebaked cookies every day. Altogether lovely and very good value.
The rooms were very luxurious with lots of thoughtful touches such as cookies on arrival, and a great selection of herbal teas. Sam was incredibly welcoming and made our stay really enjoyable. The breakfast is also amazing.

Brand new luxury B&B. Owners (Sam and husband) have clear handle of hospitality industry due to former roles with hotel groups. Decor and general standard very high. Excellent value for money.
Fantastic welcome, luxury room with lovely attention to detail, homemade cookies in room daily, breakfast was perfect in every way, location was beautiful, felt more like a boutique hotel.
This is a real gem. I have stayed in many hotels and B&Bs during my time and this was a very pleasant surprise. The best B&B I have stayed in for quite some time.
An amazing place to stay, I can't praise it enough. Sam is lovely , from the honesty bar to the roll top bath every detail has been thought of. I would defiantly return.

The village it is in is very basic and of the two pubs that are in the village, the one is average with ok food. The other is pretty dire. I would recommend driving into another nearby village for a bite.
