Staff were friendly and very accomodating. Hotel was spotless and had thought of everything we might need. I was very surprised to find such a range of Gluten/wheat free products on hand at breakfast it made a welcome change from other hotels we have stayed in. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good location. Great breakfast. Very accommodating. Very quiet, no noise from other guests. Attention to detail, flowers, bottles of water each day, little chocolates, etc.

One of the best small hotels we have stayed in everything perfect room . breakfast very good . Will defiantly be back for a longer stay . We were disappointed with our room. It was clean and bright, but not very comfortable. Not really 5 star. full breakfast skimpy. staff absent bar breakfast.Bell provided if necessary though. misunderstanding between hotel and guesthouse. This was more a guest house at the price of a hotel." En suite" with no bath not specified. Evening meals only on demand. Further from centre than specified. No phone in bedroom.
