You always know what you are getting with Premier Inn.
It does what it says it will do.
Plenty of free parking and the restaurant was attached to the hotel.
Very good breakfasts.Nothing was too much trouble.
The location was handy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and gave me an alternative room away from the main entrance and on the first floor so I felt more secure (single, female traveller). alle vurderinger »

The rooms are clean, well maintained and comfortable.
It's centrally located for easy car access to both the north and south Cornwall coasts.
The hotel for Business or as with my wife and I travelling around the area very convienient.
fairly modern - handy to have restaurant next door - asda and petrol station close too.
The curved shower curtain around the bath.
quite.
Pleasant reception staff,.
Clean and tidy room.
bath lovely.
Cleanliness friendliness and helpfulness of staff.
The bed was uncomfortable and the room was initially cold but I found the thermostat. The TV was set very low down so it was difficult to watch in bed.
There are no down sides to the hotel at all!.
Not that easy to find, should have taken our sat-nav!.
Didn't have any problems .
Nothing.
They charged my friend £90 for an extra night.
Nothing to dislike!.
Inconsiderate parents of children above our room, who allowed them to leap and jump from when we checked in at 16.30 until about 23.20. Then again before 07.00. Soundproofing needs improving. Big Carpark, but very busy due to being shared with popular neighbouring restaurant. Not entirely easy to find. Need better signs, and directions.
Far from town.
Bed too small, probably quite old.
The room was pre booked last September 2012 as an accessible room.Unable to get into bathroom in my wheelchair until the door stop was removed from sliding door. One hand towel between two people. Even though the house keeper was asked to make sure we had two.
the fan in the bathroom was very loud & took ages to go off.
staff in pub look dirty / closed to early 10 oclock just as we sat down after a meal last orders called.
poor quality television
Most difficult to find unless you know where it is.
Didn't like it that U couldn't help yourself to your own cook breakfast like you do at other premier inns .They done it for you.also the sign posting to the inn was poor as I couldn't see the sign from the road & ended up driving past two times.had to ask someone local.not good at all.need more signs.
being in a disabled room the sink and bed were too low for comfort and the T.V was ancient with no sky to watch f1 which i was expecting.
nothing!!!.
The TV lets the room down, it's an old style TV.
Although they give 30 minutes free WiFi, after that it is £3 a day. This rate is non-competitive with many other places offering completely free WiFi.
The bed gave way to one side, very uncomfortable and the pillows were rubbish.
beds where very hard.
The place is very tired.the rooms are way past their best and the
lighting is abysmal. The staff in the restaurant just go through the
motions and no one appears to be in charge. At breakfast the tables were
left piled high with dirty dishes and staff just left them. The worst one
by far we have ever stayed in!.
Could not get a table for a meal until 20.00 due to local people using the restaurant.
Should be a priority list for the people who stay at the hotel!
Mattress had springs coming out and uncomfortable. It was replaced the following day.
staff very rude.
Lack of power points in room. Poor WiFi. Paid for two days but it kept asking us to log on each time. I expected continuous service. Also TV was very old and did nor work properly.
