Houseboat Harbourside View is a family-run bed and breakfast moored on Bembridge harbour, with fantastic sea views. Off the far east coast of the Isle of Wight, the luxury accommodation includes a master suite with a large balcony and its own whirlpool bath.
All rooms at Houseboat Harbourside View have an en suite bathroom with spacious shower, a TV, tea and coffee facilities and table and chairs. The superior king room also includes a mini-fridge, sofa and has clear harbour views through the patio doors.
Breakfast is full English, plus there’s a choice of fruit, cereals, breads and pastries. You can enjoy your breakfast in your room, in the main lounge / dining room or on deck in fine weather.
Bembridge village is a short drive from the island’s main towns, with Sandown and Shanklin around 15 minutes away, and Newport just under 25 minutes. The peaceful harbour setting is a short walk into the village where you can find relaxing cafés and seafood restaurants. Day passes for a nearby hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and gym facilities are available at an extra charge.

The houseboat is as good if not better than any 5 star hotel! Everything is perfect. Tony is a charming host for whom nothing is too much trouble, The setting is idyllic and everything in the houseboat is beautiful. No expense has been spared in furnishings .Attention to detail throughout the property is superb. We had Diana room overlooking the bay. It was huge and the bathroom was spectacular. Welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast of a very high standard and cooked to order, again nothing was too much trouble. Rooms of a very good standard especially the largest of the rooms, with great balcony and masses of space. Despite being only the second lot of guests everything went without a hitch and owners were very positive about our suggestions.
The room was exceptional. The finish was like that found in a show home. The facilities such as double shower and spa bath were excellent. The views in summer or even on nice days will be spectacular, especially from your own balcony. Tony the host is more than welcoming and extremely helpful.
From the initial booking and right up to the moment we left, Tony and Dianne were friendly, helpful and the perfect hosts.
The room, food and hospitality were second to none, couldn't fault anything about our stay!

other rooms had very limited sea view, side window only and rather high up.
Bathroom to large bedroom was very luxurious but there is a need for a glass screen between it and the room rather than blinds....this is being addressed we undertsand.
The houseboat has yet to settle and so it sits slightly on a slope. Nothing you can't handle though.
