  The staff were excellent. The owner was gracious, friendly, and informative. Yusef, the driver/guide for guesthouse tours and local trips was wonderful. He was friendly, funny, and a font of information in various languages. I usually avoid guided tours like the plague, but I would suggest considering theirs. With his knowledge of the region and, given existing winter road conditions, we took one of tours offered by the guesthouse and conducted by Aslan himself.
