  The staff was very helpful and accomodating and polite. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family and will definitely stay there again when I go back.   They offer a car service from the airport (for a fee). The Concierge/Reception are very friendly and try to accommodate any requests...ask for Ahmet, he's the best! They upgraded me to a suite without me even inquiring. They had cleaning staff come daily to tidy my apartment. (Note: Rooms Galata is located on a steep incline- which I loved for daily excerc - Me and my husband had an absolutely fantastic treat from the time we got to the hotel to the time we took off again. The atmosphere was super nice, quiet and comfortable and we felt at home from the very 1st second we entered the door where Emir welcomed us. We booked a rather large room so we enjoyed the spacy room. Also we enjoyed the roof terace many times - with a beautiful view in the morning time as well as in the evening when viewing the evening sunset. The hotel has a great location nea
