Staff was excellent. I was scheduled to take an overnight bus after my
stay, and they kindly gave me not only a late check-out time, but a ride
to the bus station.
Additionally, I had a room with a fancy spa shower setup (massage jets, steam, etc.) which was pretty great and was fun to use.

Very good and fairly quiet location in what passes for the old town in Samsun. Close to tramway, transport to the bus station and many cafés and restaurants. Comfortable room with old fashioned furnishings and top-modern hydrotherapy shower. Obliging staff who booked ny bus ticket out and had it ready on my arrival. Breakfast good, many varieties of cheese, olives and jams.

I liked the room and view, the food and atmosphere in the restaurant. A good indication of its quality is that the local people eat there, it is also recommended by my work colleagues staying in other hotels. All the staff are friendly and attentive. Although we do not speak Turkish, everyone made us feel welcome, offerıng us a cup of coffe on enterıng the hotel, askıng us if we re ok.
Our room had a beautiful view over the sea and the swimming pool. The swimming pool was always clean.
There are plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas by the pool and enough at the beach

Hotel stuff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so good with a lot of different options and it is also possible to have your breakfast outside area that makes you feel good with a lot of green.It was clean and with rooms with enough space.Air condition was an advantage during the hot and humid summer days. -

Excellent restaurant, lovely room, great view and swimming platform. Staff were very nice and tried to speak a little English for my sake! My fiancé is Turkish so not a problem though. We were upgraded to the business part of the hotel for free but this was the kind of room that came up while you were booking so perhaps that should be made clear.
