Staff was excellent. I was scheduled to take an overnight bus after my
stay, and they kindly gave me not only a late check-out time, but a ride
to the bus station.
Additionally, I had a room with a fancy spa shower setup (massage jets, steam, etc.) which was pretty great and was fun to use.

Very good and fairly quiet location in what passes for the old town in Samsun. Close to tramway, transport to the bus station and many cafés and restaurants. Comfortable room with old fashioned furnishings and top-modern hydrotherapy shower. Obliging staff who booked ny bus ticket out and had it ready on my arrival. Breakfast good, many varieties of cheese, olives and jams.

The breakfast was so good with a lot of different options and it is also possible to have your breakfast outside area that makes you feel good with a lot of green.It was clean and with rooms with enough space.Air condition was an advantage during the hot and humid summer days. -

The manager Lale was terrific, and upgraded us at no extra cost to two
apartments (a master suite for us and a junior suite with 2 beds for the
kids). She also gave great advice on local restaurants and stores. The
