  The staff was very helpful and accomodating and polite. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family and will definitely stay there again when I go back.   The hotel was in very close proximity to the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, the Topkapi Palace, the Obelisks and the Grand Bazaar. Besides that it was also close to the tram line to Sirkeci and the bus to Taxim. Couldnt have asked for more.   We have stayed at Faik Pasha for two nights. This hotel is an excellent option in İstanbul. We chose this hotel due to the Taksim square protests. It is very close to İstiklal Street but it is located in very secure region of Taksim. The room was very well appointed, real boutique hotel style. In summary, everything is excellent. - Great location. Easy to move from there to visit the city and rich of bar pub cafe and nightlife. Nearby Karakoy a dinamic district with many lovely restaurant and the great istanbul modern, a museum you might see. The hotel is in an historic building but it is fully renovated and the result is a mix of historic perspective and contemporary taste. Everyone is very nice and gentle . Perfect for couple
