The staff is very helpful and speak English. The area is lots of fun- across the street is a wine bar, Salsa bar, and a bar with political cartoons & cheap beer. Being in Taksim, you are close to everything for shopping, sight seeing, and futbol.

We have stayed at Pera Capitol for 8 nights. The location of the hotel is great, only one minute from Istiklal Street, and three minutes from the Tunel, Nostalgic Tram stop and Sishane Metro Station. staff were very helpful, kind and prompt. Breakfast was good enough and the rooms were quite clean. It was exactly what we have looked for.

Overall hotel was good, clean and located near Kabatas tram station. Most of staff spoke English. Stayed there for 2 days but I was mostly out for sightseeing. Good value for money for tourists. -
