We stayed in this hotel, with my family in the middle of august (5 days). The hotel staff is very helpful, although not many of they were speaking English. i stayed in this hotel recently in june 13. stay at this nice hotel with an excellent location was really great. facilities at hotel including the rooms, large swimming pool, spa etc were all nice and well maintained. breakfast was very nice with quite a large variety of menu. places around the hotel that is kumburgaz is also very interesting to walk around with a friendly neighbourhood. access to main istanbul is very easy and takes around an hour or so. staff was too helpful specially eilf. i
