My room was clean and comfortable with constant hot water, a powerful shower and a heater provided for chilly October nights. It opened on to a communal walkway/terrace rather than the balcony confirmed when booking, but this turned out not to be a problem. Owners Kemal and - especially - Barbara were friendly and helpful regarding information about the lovely area and were willing to help arrange and book tours etc. There are a couple of terraces with views over Goreme and breakfast can be ta.
