Beautiful restoration of an old residence--quite intimate and wonderful. The neighborhood in which it is located is on the cusp--a little funky but it seems perfectly safe and is very well located for walking to the bazaar for shopping, and for good restaurants. The area is turning around with a wonderful little coffee shop very close. In the next couple of years, I expect to see more businesses opening up in the immediate neighborhood. I highly recommend it.
