  The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. I stayed on my own on an independent travel basis and had issues with hotmail access and a rental car. The staff went the extra mile, I was treated with courtesy and respect by all and made freinds there. I had to check out with hours to spare and they let - Really nice staff, Kader (spelling?) in the reception was amazing and so were all the others as well (cooks, servers etc.). Close to street with many restuarants and the ocean with the free to use experia beach (no 5) Included that you can eat/drink at the other experia hotels in the all inclusive.   It was a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and would always help us. We were five friends staying at the hotel and we loved how big the apartment was. When we wanted to eat at our apartment instead of going out, we had everything we needed. The apartment had a also a dishwasher, so we did not have to wash our dishes by ourself.
