The best Guesthouse in my travel of thailand. Very clean, they make
Swans with the towel, very pretty! All the guesthouse have new rooms,
the bed is confortable, the shower is hot and relaxing, the ac is good,
the breakfast have a lot of options and the staff is very, very, very

A great litte guest house with standalone traditional Thai huts made of teak wood. Rustic, simple but very pleasant.
Quiet area, comfortable beds.
Breakfast was good particularly as it was included in an already low room rate.
The young man managing reception was friendly & helpful.
Very close to reasonable restaurants, & the historic park.
Good value for money.

Being equidistant between the historical park and new new town makes it a perfect location. They provide a free shuttle to the site and charge a mere 150 bahts to the new town. We liked everything. The staff is very kind and helpful. Everything spotless. Lovely restaurant to have dinner. Incredibly cheap for the service they offer. You'd be mad not to stay here. We've travelled quite a bit and very few times have we found somewhere as great as this. You can also rent bicycles there to get around Sukhotai. -

I loved the friendlyness of the staff and the hotel itself. On the first
day the pick-up service was super fast and they welcomed us in a lovely
way. On the check out day they allowed us to chill on the swimming pool
as long as we wanted, take a shower, and drove us to the bus station.

This is a really nice hotel. It is a little bit removed from the center but there isn´t too much to do there anyway. And they offer free transfer to/from the bus station and reasonably priced transfers to other places (like Old Sukhothai). There is not much around the hotel so you will probably have dinner in the hotel and I was positively surprised about the quality of the food in the hotel restaurant (if you tell them that you like it Thai spicy you get Thai spicy ;-)). The staff were extremely helpful and interesting to talk to. They have a small restaurant area which offers an amazing breakfast that the owner provided for us. Best breakfast on the whole trip. The hotel has a lovely large swimming pool which we had to ourselves at times. The bedroom appears quite small but the design is nice with a 4 poster bed...quite romantic, especially after the places we had been staying in.
