  A great hotel/bungalows!! The staff were friendly. The pool was very clean and we had the place to ourselves pretty much as it was low season. The rooms were clean and spacious. . A 10 minute walk to the beach, or a 2 minute moto ride. Motos are up for rent everywhere for a very cheap price. They have a pool table, serve excellent pizzas, an... hva folk sier » d the beer is cheap. Staff arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. - very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Jeff. The studio room we stayed in was very nice, reasonably clean, spacious, of good quality and modern design. The facilities and the sorroundings are lovely.
