  Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The manager Andrea was the most helpful insuring we had transport from the airport and advising ... hva folk sier » us on where to go. The food down stairs was lovely 2 cheap and very tasty italian. Honestly lovely place stayed 2 extra nights. - Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money. The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....

  From the moment we arrived, the Manager Phol and his staff made us feel very welcome and everytime we went to reception with a query, he gave us a free natural juice drink! The breakfast was fantastic, and VERY quick to arrive, all fresh and very good value. No facilities for dinner but w - Rooms are very comfortable, clean and big. You have everything you need if you walk less than 3 min. The restaurant popeyes next door has great meals at great prices. The staff in this hotel is sooo kind, they will help you with anything you need (rent motorbike, transfert service, book excursions) always with a smile on their face.   Great little guesthouse. Cheap and is owned by a wonderful family, who was very helpful with everything. The room was clean, air-con worked perfectly and the bathroom was very nice. The room was cleaned everyday, and we got 2 bottles of water in the fridge everyday. Would def recommend this guesthouse to anyone who is on a budget but still want to... hva folk sier » live nice. The guesthouse was located 15 min from Patong beach, but we just used the expensive resorts swimming pool 10 min down the rd. 20 min walk - No noise coming in the rooms, as rooms have no windows :) it could be a negative fact for someone, but for us it's been a pleasure to relax in peace in Patong's crazy nightlife. You can have a good sleep, rooms are nice, location is a bit far from the beach, though only 15 minutes to walk. Great solution to stay if you plan only come there to sleep, and not to hang out all day in the room :)
