Room was clean. Easy check in/out. AC worked well. Cheap and awesome dinner. Room faced a major road, so it was noisy 24/7, to get inside room the Hotel wanted to double the rate so we stayed in the noisy room. Noisy clientele in the Hotel screaming in hallway alot but soundproofing between rooms good. This hotel is dominated by a noisy ethnic group. Mosquitoes in hotel and restaurant, much more then 3 other hotels we stayed at Phuket. This was the only place we got bytes on the whole island. No hot water from sink faucet, only in shower.
