  Fantastic service, we came with a wheelchair and had two high steps down to our pool site room, (our own fault and as we didn't ask before we came), so we just had to carry the person and wheelchair up and down, but to our big surprise, and without asking, the manager send a worker down and 3 hours after we arrived a concrete ramp was build, and r... hva folk sier » eady to be used the next morning, amassing and unexpected service. - The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a nice part of town. It was a very short walk to Jomtien Beach. The food was very good and our room looked exactly like it did in the picture.

  The staff was amazing. They were very helpful and accomadating withmost matters. The rooms were very nicely decorated and the staffalways ensured that the high standard of clenlyness was upkept. I cannot say enough about the service and the professional demenor of thehotel staff. - the rooms are really nice.. lcd-tv and comfortable bed
