  The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside.   Foyer and pool areas were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic! Liked that the mat in the elevator told me what day it was! Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location for young couples or friends. If we were to bring our daughter next time, we would stay at a quieter location.   Had a great stay for 9 nights from the 1st Feb in the SM resort. I booked a suite in the 6th floor with balcony and was very large with a great design . Also benefited of a rooftop sunbathing terrace. Breakfast was ok , same as you find in other hotels . A supermarket next door which is handy. A pool in the hotel which I used once . A 15 -20 minut... hva folk sier » e walk to the centre of Patong or a 5 min taxi ride away . Which all cost 200 THB which can add up during your holiday . Overall , I would stay there - Hotel is value for money..staff is friendly especially iris..was such a helpful n cheerful person..kudos to her n all the staff there for making it a pleasant stay for me and my friends..well done

  Absolutely everything. Food A1....Service A1.....Facilities A1...... - We were fans of the hotel in the past. It still has potential to be a great place. Superb location and great rooms. However the little details, wich were a great advantage in the past, moved along with the former owners.
