We were afraid to book this hotel, because it was way cheaper than the hotels we were booking in other cities during this trip. But the reviews were so goo, that we decided to try it. The resort is absolutely beautiful!! Its green and with lots of flowers, huge and with fresh air. The nicest thing about this hotel is the manager- Mr. Chinn. He's the sweetest and nicest man ever, his english is flawless and he's super helpfull and welcoming. If we ever come back to Pai we will defenitely stay here. The rooms need a little renovation but thats it, and breakfest is wonderfull as well and the dining area has the best view. the hotel is 10 minutes drive from the center- walking

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We loved that The Countryside was a walk from the busy town, and super quiet amidst the rice paddies and mountains. We were able to hike out of the hostel and to a waterfall (6 hours round trip). So close to nature!
I also appreciated that we had a fan and ac, so could decide to use one or the other,

If the resort is located directly on the walking street, during the holiday season, it might be too busy. The resort is very safe and well equipped (at least in my room). Great place. Close to night market but still quiet and protected.we took the family room which was comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. Relaxing inner yard is great when you come with kids. Most important the staff, Ben and Nungning are so nice, friendly and helpful, not in order to sell you some thing but just because they are nice people.
