  My and friend and I stayed here on the last night of our travels. The hotel was very clean, staff professional and located well. We booked for an executive apartment, however upon arrival we were advised they were full and was upgraded to a Premium room. Although there is a pool it was quite cold as it does not get much sun, however quiet and pleasant. Good choice for breakfast. It took us about - The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The hotel is excellent in all respects. Staff is very friendly - in fact most Thai people are very friendly. Nice swimming pool and gym, very decent breakfast.

  Friendly English speaking staff with smiling faces. Very clean & well maintained rooms. Lovely breakfast spread. Close to the sky train station,well connected to other parts of the city.   Last year we stayed in the Aetas Residence next to the hotel. Which is a serviced appartment and we liked the location and the service. This year i decided to stay at the hotel instead. Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor.   We booked a suite for our family of four and were entitled to use the premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was a wide selection which helped given we had two picky toddlers. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.
