area to all rooms. Really good area to stay and explore city via taxi

The convenience stores are only few seconds walking distance from the
hotel. There are a lot of local street foods near the hotel early in the
morning and this is the best part we like the most.

The best staff ever - extremely kind, polite and service-minded - really high-class. Nice (however small) rooms, big safe deposit box, cabled/wireless (and free) Internet access, well maintained and nicely decorated. Our Guest Record was pre-filled, so we only had to sign it and hence we had a quick check-in. Good location very close to the night

We liked the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help us and answer all our questions. We had a problem with the bathroom plumbing which they fixed right away.
The rooms are bright and spacious with lots of storage space. The location was pretty convenient as well and having a shuttle to take us to the nearest BTS stop was definitely a plus.

the heart of the sukhmvit where all the night life comes alive. Also
really lived the hotel the staff were very friendly comfortable rooms

to were we booked in and I was allocated a room no more than 10 metres
away. The room was very clean and tidy with a nice big tv and plenty of
channels to choose from. For Bangkok we thought this was value for money
at 1800 Baht per night.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked a family suite. The suite was old but had all the comfort and facilities. It was close to city center and had walking access to city hub shopping Malls. Loved the location. Very comfortable stay. Staff was very cooperative. Excellent buffet Breakfast was definitely a plus. Will definitely stay here again. -

the roof is small but nice after a long day of Bangkok. Close to the

Prime location 5 min walk to sol 11 and very helpful staff. Wi fi free and tuk tuk for use by guests. Buffet breakfast included in room rate including omlettes made to your taste. I would describe rooms as functional, plently of light, large comfortable bed and kitchenet. All in all good value for room rate!

We recently used the H-Residence as a "home base" during a 5 week trip traveling through Thailand. The hotel was very accommodating and the staff was very polite and helpful. The location is semi-tricky to find but once you understand where you are, it is easy to get to the BTS and around Santhorn. The rooftop pool was the added bonus. -

Room and toilet were clean with comfortable bed. Hairdryer available within the room. Air condition was great for Bangkok's hot weather. Daily housekeeping available with free bottles of water replenished.
