  A great hotel/bungalows!! The staff were friendly. The pool was very clean and we had the place to ourselves pretty much as it was low season. The rooms were clean and spacious. . A 10 minute walk to the beach, or a 2 minute moto ride. Motos are up for rent everywhere for a very cheap price. Staff arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. - very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

  The hotel was very much to our liking. The staff was wonderfull andfriendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home and at ease.We even went back at the end of our vacation to stay for another 3 days.So in all we stayed and aprreciated their hospitallity for 5 days.   The location, literally a 2 minute walk from the beach and all the different restaurants in Kata. The wifi signal was great, liked it so much I even extended my stay here - I have stayed here many times before and like the value,location,friendliness of staff and cleanliness.
