The staff at the guesthouse were absolutely lovely - very friendly and service oriented. The location is ideal - close to the Market Village for shopping [many shops with quality products]. The proximity to the beach is ideal [within 100 metres]. Apparently, there are 25 rooms to the guesthouse and would be considered a leader within the guesthouses in Soi 67.
Daily cleaning service to the rooms, and quality food at their restaurant. Value for money definitely.alle vurderinger
Friendly staff, clean place. Excellent location less than 5 min from the
beach. In a very quiet street yet close to the main road. Shopping mall
across the road and the night market is a 25min walk and there are cheap
public transport shuttles from the shopping mall. The food is great and
it seems to be a popular to eat. So sometimes a little wait. A great
selection of tasty vegetarian dishes!.
The location to the Beach was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We did have issues with our aircon and shower which were sorted out efficently and to our satisfaction. The staff were very helpful in suggesting day trips which we found where superb,.
Location in a nice little soi away from the main road and very close to the beach (2 minute walk). Friendly, clean and good food on the spot if you don't want to venture out.

You feel safe in this guesthouse, there is a mix of Thai and tourists as guests.
Airco worked fine , top floor second building.

I found that there was nothing really negative about the guesthouse itself, nor the service, nor the location.
Stayed my first week in the annex across the road. The ac was very noisy
and the room was facing another building with just a couple of meters
gap. A bit bleak. (My second week was on the street side in the main
building, and everything was fine). Account for a 3% additional charge
on credit card payment.
The shower in our room was poor by any standard. and having a rear room, the noise from the hotel nxt door was a bit annoying but unavoidable. Lack of Tea making facilities.
Nothing bad actually. Location is a bit far away from Hua Hin central nightlife/ restaurants, but still manageable on foot if you want to walk. 50 baht motorbike ride back in the night.
