I got a very helpful staff from this hotel cause i have been calling the receptionist since i was at the border. On arrival, the staff are very friendly and helpful with the answer of all question from me. The facilities are good and the room are clean and tidy. Manage to meet the owner of the hotel the next day and she is very friendly too. The only things that i want to suggest, if the management can provide the guest with a small kettle in the room. There for, i am planning to come again and.
alle vurderinger » We like the location, quiet, peaceful, even if its a couple of minutes walk away from Lee Gardens, the location is just perfect for those who don't want the busting noise of the city. The staffs are tourist friendly, always smiles. The rooms are spacious, bed linens are clean, bed cushion is fine. Well, i can't say any negative about this hotel. I was driving around Hat Yai and Songkhla having OsmAnd Free GPS installed in my phone. Most of the attractions are near to this hotel. They have limited parkings but the staff managed to spare one for me both the days i stayed there. Will pick other place on my next visit. I love the stay: clean and comfortable. Very considerate that there is drinking water sold at reasonable price at the reception. Everything was good from the bellboy to the reception staff. Full with information for tourist. Quite location, pretty clean room and toilet. Helpful concierge. Very affordable. Many eating places nearby. Big room. Clean. Helpful staff. Bath tub. cheap price, cleaners clean everyday, and so far so good. They let me check in earlier for my morning arrival!!. This is s bit far from Lee Garden street but still easier to catch tuk tuk .With the budget price We paid its good to have a good bed sheet and quite a big room .if the hotel can be refurnish it's will be better it's look very old .We dont mind to pay a little bit more to have a new refurnish room . If the staff can be more polite is much more better . We cannot even get a hair dryer during stay . The room is big and there provided good extra bed for 3 pax. It was in a locality where I wanted to go. the service is quite good very friendly. location is good! staff is helpful. Free wifi, near town center. easy take tut-tut. The staff very friendly and cooperative. Supply Internet at every floor. It was fairly cheap. Nothings to comment bad about this hotel.... What I didn't like is that i have nothing to don't like. Hehe.. Old but clean. why I cannot borrow the electrical adaptor but need to buy it? The wireless signal at my room is a bit poor, sometimes it got disconnected. None. 20 mins walk to the city center though transportation is abundant. far from the central city, or any attraction whatsoever, but tuk tuk is cheap enough to hire. There is no tea/coffee making facility. So have provided an electric kettle for boiling water. Staff are not so friendly. * No much food choice. * Main door lock of old design.Could compromise security and also the belcony exit door no lock at all. * Was not well rested at night because of this. wall lamp not good need to improve decoration internal change the toilet door and shower n water supply very low. no hair dryer! the shower is need some maintenance, the water is always flow. Ageing room facilities. no muslim food in area,far from shooping. Far from shopping area. but we can drive there. too far for walking!. The need new image and the room need to refurbish especially carpet and wash room. Hotel location is quite far from business and food. Outlets. take time to reach the main city, and even no shop for breakfast. The staff were completely useless and rude. The picture in web look´s good but the room not.For 200 thb ( room`s price 1100-1700 thb ) more on the day you becam in the wungnoy hotel an 3star-room with 3beed´s in the central from HAT-YAI.The Merridian Hotel you can forget to old and to expensive.
