  Friendly and helpful staff (the staff were excellent and always smiling). Location to old city and surrounding restaurants. The food served from the hotel was great. - We booked a standard double room. Rooms were clean. We had a safe and a desk. The staff was kind and helpful.

  The staff were amazing!! It was like having a family to come home to each day. They were so helpful and happy all the time. Nothing was too much for them and their English was superb! They even helped us to book our next hotel in Chiang Dao! We stayed an extra week as we liked it so much. The room is basic, but clean with a little balcony. They also arranged laundry service for us, 30 Baht/kg: we left the clothes in the evening at the reception and in 24h we picked them up clean. We were lucky to be assigned the two bed room on the bottom floor, which is highly preferred if you get the choice - as the higher you go in the building, the hotter it gets due to the sun! There was no request that we made that he wouldn't have put the time and effort into answering or doing for us. The others who help to run the guesthouse are also wonderful.
