The compfiness of the bed, was pretty hard to prize myself out of it some days
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, information received from them was always clearer and more actuate than the tourist info centres.
Location is very good, a coffee shop adjoined aswell as a activities tour company although we didn't use them.
The red bus taxi rank for tours up to doisuthep temple (50baht ew) and other deftibations all with prices displayed there.

The hotel staff here were the most helpful we've ever come across as they dealt with all queries we had and also made excellent recommendations for restaurants to eat in, places to see etc. The rooms are new and excellently equipped with all mod cons!.

A lot of traffic passing the hotel what generates a lot of noise. Friendly staff, but Some members not aware About practical matters in and around Chiang Mai. Keys were at the front desk, without any surveillance.
Just a little bit noise in the night and if somebody wants no breakfast, but it's a good hotel to visit the city and price reasonable.
