The room and wc were spacious and well equipped, with the comfort
required.
The pool side area was good.
The fact that this resort was a few hundred meters from the most commercial/crowded areas made it a calm place to relax.
Although there was a mistake taking our booking, the manager acted quickly to resolve our issue.

Good value, large sized, clean rooms with great wifi connection. The pool is large and the pretty private beach is 2 min walk. A walk into Chaweng is about 15-20 mins, passing some cool bars, restaurants and shops on your way. It's nicely located as it is away from the main hustle and bustle of the main centre. -

Excellent wifi connection. Excellent design for the rooms as it is apartment style designed and not only room style. Excellent location of the balcony. Simple, carefree living. Excellent staff service. If you are looking for a budget stay, this is perfect place.

Nice and clean accomodation. Good location at the calm south end of Chaweng beach. No pool, but hotel has a private beach area, which was cleaned every day. Fresh towels and 2 bottles of free water every day.
Good breakfast (to choose from restaurant menue), could also be served on our balcony (free). Friendly and helpfull staff.

It is a small and lovely hotel located in a quiet part of Chaweng. The
beach was clean and not crowded. It was so wanderful tofall asleep
listening to sound of the sea. There were three types of breakfast:
European, American and Thai. There is a library, not big but you can
pick something to read.

This hotel is amazing. It is right on Chaweng beach. It is about 10 minutes to the airport. It is close to the shops as well. The rooms are clean and in a very nice condition. The restaurant is affordable and it is right on the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. We would like to go back. We would recommend this hotel!!

Stayed in this hotel for 6 days. Helpful and kind staff, the best beach that we saw in the island (this part of Chaweng is not so noisy and dirty), clean sand, sea. Breakfasts are very good. Rooms are nice (we booked the cheapest room and were happy, because nobody was walking along our room, and there were no noise as at the rooms near the swimming pool and beachfront rooms). The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the center of the chaweng but it is quite area. The breakfast and the restaurant is very good. The prices of the restaurant is a little bit high rather than other restaurants but as a price-benefit it is obviously good.
For the rooms, they are very big and comfortable. But for sea view, you have to stay on 3rd floor.
For quite and comfortable vacation, Sareeraya is the best option.

I cannot fault Baan Haad Ngam at all. From the very second we arrived we were greated with wonderful service, smiles and the feeling of being in a magnificent resort.
