  The location was absolutely amazing - 1 train stop away from the shopping district but not close enough to have the chaos around us. It also had an amazing mall within a 7-10min walk. Everything was provided for (in most cases, free of charge - we had our mini bar and internet free of charge during our entire stay!!). They reali - Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok. We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

The gym is fantastic and one of the main reasons why I choose this place over other hotels. The rooms are very nice, well equipped and the room cleaning service is immaculate.

  The staff was really helpful and kind, the hotel centrally located and very well equipped, the only negative point being that the air in the room was a bit "old" as the windows could not be opened. - The room was wonderful.   The facilites are fantastic in the main building, however if you have a room in the corner wing you need to be aware that there is no gym or swimming pool - although it only takes 5 minutes to get from one to the other this can be very inconvinient as it involves going outside... not great if you're in your boardies. After speaking to the manager (by this time it was 1am so credit to him for calling me back) I was upgraded - I like the design and architecture of the hotel. The rooms are stylish equipped. The swimming-pool area is very nice. But it's in another building. You have to go out, turn left and walk 10 meters along the street and enter the other building and go up to the 9th floor. The breakfast is good for the price.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. - Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design. Buffet was amazing. Staff was generally polite and helpful.
