  Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. - Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design. Buffet was amazing. Staff was generally polite and helpful.

  Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops.   The location is good - just across the bridge from the BTS station (Saphon Taksin) and the boat ferry stop (Central Pier or Sathorn). Good range of breakfast food. Whilst you can find better food outside in the evening, the food in the restaurant is not bad. The rooms are more than adequate - enormous double bed and good shower. Staff are helpful... hva folk sier » and courteous. - Rooms were a fairly good size. There was a queen sized bed and enough room to accommodate another queen sized bed. It's really near the pier to take the river taxi across. Plenty of eateries just outside the hotel. 7 eleven 5mins walk from the hotel. Most of the reception staff were very helpful except for one particular male staff (see below).

  This hotel is absolutely beautifull, the room was big and had everything in it, good coffee maker, books, television's very nice bathroom a nice balcony. Breakfast was excellent, we have two children 5 and 9 years old, they loved the Kids club with pc's, WII games, painting, and fun games with the nursery staff. The pool is huge and not to deep so... hva folk sier » ideal for the kids, There is a walkway to the Paragon department store this is only 40 meters away from the hotel, here you find everything you want - > possibly the best hotel i have ever stayed in > excellent modern design both in the room and public areas > great courtyard with pools and greenery > ability to open windows and get fresh air (hate those modern sealed towers) > excellent food > adjacent to a great mall > very close to the airport express station (5 min drive)
