I have stayed at this hotel many times and I will always return when in BKK. On this stay there was a big problem where the water supply cut out for a whole day but the way the staff handled everything was exceptional.
I can understand people who had to fly out that morning losing their temper about it but other guests were a little over the top about it.
This happened on my birthday and the hotel left me a cake in my room for when I got back that night. A real special touch. alle vurderinger »
The location was superb, very near to Atpong night market, food and mall. Walking distance to Sala deng Bts station. the room was just enough, clean and quiet. I was expecting to see the bathroom without a door as what the others have mentioned. But when we stayed there 18th dec 2013, the sloding door was installed. Definitely, will come back again to Bangkok and will stay in this hotel.
Location. Very close to Patpong Night Market. So we have no worries at
all to wander around.
The room rate is quite affordable too. And many massage parlors nearby. So, we can have foot reflexology/full body massage just after tired going around/shopping and they also can be called to our room.
The best part is... it is laid within the nightlife heaven in Bangkok ;).
The location is a plus point. Nice massage parlor downstairs and a Muslim stall open during breakfast nearby. Very attentive staffs and it's a bragain! (considering that I've spent less than 1000THB for a deluxe room with attached toilet)
And I love their small patio for smokers downstairs too.

Great Location in Silom, but quiet and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was basic but fine and the wifi and computers all worked well.
The distance to bts and mrt is walking distance. The busy night life is
just less than 5 minutes walk away! Very near to patpong!!.
The location is just 200m from Silom station. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are small but clean and come with free WIFI.

location is convenient for those who want to explore silom/patpong. You got what you pay for, no fancy room / service / breakfast, but it's quite ok.
I like the location. The bed is quite comfortable. The lobby is nice with three computers and free wi fi. The room was cozy, but comfortable.

For asians, you will not enjoy breakfast. As it includes cereals, bread and jam. We never tried it, better go out and have Thai food. Wifi was weak, you will have to go down the lobby to actually connect.
Very simple breakfast, but it doesn't bother me much since I
am a Muslim, so I can eat all the foods they offer : bread, cereal
and fruits.
And, it has no hand bidet for toilet. Hehehe... so I have to wet the toilet paper before using it. I have cleanliness issue of not cleaning my ... with water. Only that for me.

The toilets, I am know the toilet system can't handle paper, no problem - but you either need to provide a hose or a bin in the bathroom with a lid, they don't do either, it was odd, I didn't want to use the general bin for it as it wasn't kept in the bathroom.
The pillow sheet cover has alot of micellaneous stains. Even the towel
has dark brown stain! The shower area clogs and only the housekeepers
can do the water away.
Hotel bathroom is terrible, whenever you take a shower your bathroom would be terrifying "flooding" from inside till outside. My advice is use all kind of towels you have to "block" your bathroom door to avoid your room become swimming pool.
We booked a couple of tours around thailand but and all were satisfactory unfortunately we were very disappointed by the Pattaya tour which was a rip off.
The breakfast selection was rather poor. Would have liked a healthy option for cereal - cocoa pops is not healthy! Would have also liked more variety in fruit.

I didn't like the sewage smell and noise of the water dripping. The walls are also paper thin and I could hear banging quite clearly.

room dusty..not too clean, there is stains in bedsheet. breakfast only bread & cereal, one day there's many ants in the sugar, and the staff just ignore it.

No small lamps next to bed or on the table. Bathroom floor always wet. No bar at hotel.
Water heater shower head spoiled. Toilet bowl can't be flush. This two are very based thing and must well maintain.
