The staff were very helpful and friendly. My friend and I arrived late at night and they greeted us with a smile and a nice cold drink. The rooms as well as the shared facilities were impeccably clean. The breakfast was very good, such a treat to eat first thing in the morning. Baan Dinso is located in walking distance to many wonderful sights including the Grand Palace and Wat Suthat Thepwararam Ratchaworamahawihan (must see!). This 'hostel' is more of a guesthouse with clean and comfortable rooms and a shared bathroom/shower facilities. The breakfast was good and from the location it is easy to reach Khaosan Road and many of the beautiful temples. This was the third time I have stayed here and will do so again!.
Charming little place. Room a bit small though. And the breakfast menu
could have been a bit better. There is another baan dinso by the
roundabout nearby, so it was a bit confusing.
All in all quite lovely. but we expected a little bit more.
The staff were exceedingly helpful, the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was good. A great location for exploring Khaosan Road and within walking distance of some stunning temples!.

The last time I came, I was given a welcome drink and there were large bottles of water in the room. These are little things, but made a difference!.
There wasn't a public lounge area in the hotel, which was a pity.

distance to Wat Pho, the palace and other attractions.
AC not too strong and slow to cool down the room. No maps of the city available at reception. Location not near any public transport options.
Very old setting, rooms needs update, squeeky floor and bed, a bit expensive for the value for money.
the internet was absolutely terrible. It made planning the rest of our trip very frustrating. We had to go somewhere else to pay for WiFi.
