  This is a lovely setting along the side of a quiet golf course and the laguna, and forms one of the many luxury hotels in the Laguna Phuket enclave. We had a lovely one-bed apartment with kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed in the lounge for our son, bathroom and two balconies overlooking the golf course. The restaurant is called @17 which has a small range of international and Thai main courses and appetisers, and also a kiddies menu. The food - We have just returned from a 2 week family holiday at the LHCR. The whole Laguna resort area is great with easy access on the free shuttle buses and ferries. There is plenty to do around the resort and lots of day trips if you're inclined. The hotel itself is good, not quite as plush as the other hotels in the resort but very good value for money.   - Rooms are huge! They converted a huge day-bed into a double bed for my 2 kids. Perfect for a family of 4 staying in the room! - The SLIDE at the pool is awesome! Kids love it to bits. We probably took 2000 slides in our 5 days there! - Candy the young elephant at the resort. Visiting us daily at the poolside is cool! - Free use of sports facilit... hva folk sier » ies at the resort including kayaking, wind-surfing, archery, sailing, etc. (The lagoon is a perfect place for these water sports as there are no waves - A fantastic hotel - luxurious and laid back at the same time - in beautiful setting on a long sweeping beech with warm ocean swims. Whilst we were there we checked out the other hotels in the Luguna area and we felt this was by far the best one. The staff were absolutely wonderful - so friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble.   our room was upgraded to one bedroom loft, it is really amazing, we really really like it. the shower room was provided after we checked out. the view in the room and in the hotel(everywhere)is extradinary, the hotel is next to the seaside, you can walk through the lobby. all the facilities are well maintained and taken care of. It's very quiet and beautiful! Everything is perfect! They gave me a room with one king size bed and one queen size bed which is wonderful so that my kid can enjoy his own bed. There are quite a lot of options for the food. Not cheap, but reasonable price. My kid love the elephant "Lucky", very impressive. Next time we will definitely pick up this hotel.
